Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (“Duos” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: DUOT) has appointed Dipan Patel as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Patel joins the Company’s executive leadership team as Duos continues to scale its modular edge data center, colocation, and technology infrastructure solutions business.
As COO, Patel will have operational accountability for the deployment of Duos Edge AI data centers and GPU-as-a-Service platforms across the United States. Working with the executive leadership team, he will help strengthen operational performance and build the capabilities needed to support Duos’ growth as a next-generation AI infrastructure platform.

Prior to joining Duos, Patel served as a Digital Infrastructure Solutions Executive at Telstra InfraCo, where he led product strategy, solution innovation, and commercial monetization across a national portfolio of data centers, fiber networks, exchange facilities, and critical communications infrastructure. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Strategy, Technology and New Business Initiatives at SBA Communications Corporation, where he established the company’s corporate growth division and led investments in data centers, power solutions, and open-access fiber networks.

Patel holds a PhD in Digital Communications and a BEng degree in Information Systems Engineering from Imperial College London. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and holds 12 granted domestic and international patents.
