Rahi System’s acquisition of Serro LLC brings additional expertise in network design, automation, orchestration and cloud infrastructure. The Serro team provides consulting and implementation services and 24×7 managed services through its Network Operations Center (NOC) in Fremont, California. Its bill-of-materials creation and validation, order management, staging, integration and delivery services would complement and enhance Rahi’s global distribution and logistics capabilities.

Australia-based PiTek would offer unique data center solutions for raised floors, structural ceilings, electrical distribution bus-ways and airflow management, along with racks, cabinets and aisle-containment products. PiTek founder Tony Khoury is now General Manager for Rahi Systems Australia, helping to build Rahi System’s presence in this fast-growing region.
“Tony has more than 30 years of experience in the data center industry, and he and his team will help us deliver infrastructure solutions more efficiently so that our customers can get to market faster,” said Tarun Raisoni. “PiTek’s solutions will complement our current offering of racks, cabinets, cooling units, cabling, components and accessories, enabling us to bring a broader array of solutions to customers around the world.”
