LocalMotors.com registered in 2005 expired and closed at $88,000 today on GoDaddy auctions. The site was up for many years according to archive.org.

The company was based out of Chandler, AZ. One product looked to be called Olli. Olli delivers autonomous mobility to improve transportation operations and passenger experience.

They have a Wikipedia entry,

Local Motors was an American motor vehicle manufacturing company focused on low-volume manufacturing of open-source motor vehicle designs using multiple microfactories. It was founded in 2007 by John B. Rogers Jr and had headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona.[1] The company’s lineup before its closure included the Rally Fighter and their 3D-printed Strati and Swim vehicles.

Local Motors closed on 14 January 2022, with their closure announced by Chris Stoner, their former VP of sales and customer success.
