Customers can now list domains that are registered at other registrars.

Dynadot is opening its domain marketplace up to more inventory.

Dynadot is making changes to its domain name aftermarket.

Until now, customers could only list domains registered at Dynadot on the marketplace. Starting October 18, people will be able to list domains that are registered at other registrars.

The company is also changing its fees. It is removing a 5% payout fee assessed when people withdraw funds. However, it is increasing its commission from 5% to 10%.

Customers could previously avoid the payout fee by using the funds for Dynadot purchases. Now, customers will earn a 2% bonus if they convert their domain sales revenue into store credit for purchases at Dynadot.

So, net-net, if you previously used your sales revenue to purchase items at Dynadot, you’ll be a bit worse off. If you cashed out, you should come out roughly the same.
