She has a strong track record of developing and managing collaborative sales and client service teams, providing tax services to clients and creating go-to-market strategies for technology platforms.

Prior to joining Ryan, Ms. Gardner served as the Central Region Strategic Federal Tax Services leader of a large accounting firm. She previously held leadership and sales positions at a Big Four accounting firm and an information technology-enabled health services company.
Ms. Gardner is a frequent speaker on a variety of tax topics. She has served on the board of several non-profit and community organizations, including Executive Women of Dallas, Community Partners of Dallas, and Good Shepherd Episcopal School. Ms. Gardner is a member of the Texas Women’s Foundation Leadership Cohort. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Iowa and is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas.
