Banzai Becomes 1st Complete Event Solution by Acquiring Top-Rated Webinar Startup Demio

Acquisition makes Banzai the first true end-to-end SaaS provider for professional events including marketing automation, virtual event, and webinar offerings.
Banzai continues to thrive into 2021 by acquiring companies with complementary service offerings.

Professional event marketing leader, Banzai, announced the acquisition of webinar platform startup Demio. The announcement makes Banzai the first complete open end-to-end virtual event solution to include targeted high-qualified lead generation, virtual hosting, and now, full webinar functionality with Demio.

As part of the acquisition, Banzai will integrate Demio’s highly-rated, hassle-free webinar platform into Banzai’s growing list of service offerings. In the search for the right webinar platform, Banzai prioritized stability, reliability, and simplicity in keeping with their own values. Demio met these requirements while adding their own unique expertise to the team.

“We at Demio are thrilled to partner with Banzai to further enable companies to supercharge their online events with an end-to-end solution that combines targeted outreach with a webinar platform built for marketing,” said David Abrams, Co-Founder of Demio. “Like Banzai, we’ve always been committed to providing results-focused, easy-to-use solutions, and this collaboration allows us to take that mission to the next level.”

“Banzai is the perfect new home for Demio. We set out to build a hassle-free webinar platform to take the headache out of setting up webinar events; to this day, we continue to focus on providing an easy-to-use interface without any clunky downloads,” said Wyatt Jozwowski, Co-Founder of Demio. “Put simply, Banzai has built an unrivaled SaaS solution with a similar focus; the aim of both of our companies to make marketing and attending professional events simpler than ever before.”

Banzai customer LeadIQ, a lead generation software company, has been an early adopter of the joint Banzai and Demio offering.

“With Banzai we’re able to reach and gain new attendees for our webinars that our existing database and social media channels wouldn’t be able to do,” said Jason Howie, Head of Demand Generation at LeadIQ. “Hosting our webinars on Demio helps us ensure an unparalleled experience for our audience. We look forward to continuing to work with both Banzai and Demio on our upcoming events!”
