A company with a registered mark in stylized form for I AM lost a UDRP it filed against HugeDomains; the domain ForeverIam.com was being challenged.
HugeDomains pointed out that “forever I am” is a prelude to various English phrases, such as the romantic reference “forever I am yours.”
While lacking syntax, that phrase is still valid and the three WIPO panelists agreed. It’s interesting to point out that the domain was in the Complainant’s possession between 2010 and 2017 when the credit card on record at the registrar failed to renew it.
Final decision: Deny transfer of ForeverIam.com to the Complainant.
