ExpiredDomains.net is a tool that I underutilized for a long time, but it has become a part of my daily domain name research. In particular, I use ExpiredDomains.net to monitor domain names listed for sale on Sedo and GoDaddy. I also use it to track pending delete domain names I can bid on at NameJet and DropCatch.com.
Domain name inventory listed for sale on Dan.com is now searchable on ExpiredDomains.net. The addition of Dan.com was spotted and announced by Leanne on Twitter yesterday:

As much as I enjoy using Dan.com to sell my domain names, I think the platform needs to work on its search functionality. For instance, it is difficult or maybe impossible to search for 20 year old one word .com domain names listed for sale on Dan.com using the platformâs search functionality. With its inclusion on ExpiredDomains.net, it is much easier for domain investors to search for domain names using filters.
One issue I noticed immediately is that there seem to be quite a lot of domain names listed for sale that arenât actually for sale (on Dan.com or elsewhere). When clicking through to the listing pages via the ExpiredDomains.net links, quite a few of them have a âOops, this page doesnât existâ error message. Some others appear to be listed for sale but neither resolve to Dan.com pages nor appear to be owned by companies looking to sell the domain names. Buyers need to do their own due diligence before buying here and anywhere else really.
I haven not spent much time searching for domain names to buy on Dan.com using ExpiredDomains.net. I will probably dig in a bit more in the coming days.
