Com Laude adds two new members to its new TLD team.

Christa Taylor

Com Laude announced two new appointments to its new top level domain group this week.

Christa Taylor is joining the company to drive marketing initiatives around new TLDs. Christa was most recently the Chief Marketing Officer of MMX (Minds + Machines) and has consulted with many companies in the domain business. She helped with over 50 new TLD applications in the first round. She has a master’s degree in both Predictive Analytics (MSPA) and e-Business (MBA)

Martin Sutton is joining to work on dot-brands. Sutton is a former risk manager for HSBC, managing digital risks related to domain name portfolios, online fraud and security, brand protection and enforcement. He also co-founded the Brand Registry Group.

We’re still a long way from the next round, but companies are starting to position themselves.
