Henderson Companies Hires New Mission Critical General Manager

National Design and Construction Firm Welcomes Industry Veteran Earl Wilcox

Lenexa, Kan. — Henderson Companies welcomes Earl Wilcox as the new mission critical general manager for Henderson Building Solutions, the construction management sister company of Henderson Engineers. Wilcox will oversee construction, project execution, scheduling, and client development for Henderson’s mission critical practice,

which services mission critical facilities including data centers and public safety centers nationwide.

“We’re thrilled to have Earl as the newest member of our leadership team,” said Steve Hancock, president of Henderson Building Solutions. “Earl will be focused on ensuring we’re well positioned to support the growing project stream that we are experiencing within mission critical. Having his caliber of expertise will help us continue to enhance client experience and exceed client expectations, and we are looking forward to his contributions.”

Wilcox most recently served as the vice president and general manager at Electrical Reliability Services, Inc., an electrical engineering and testing firm headquartered in Westerville, O.H. He brings more than 20 years of engineering and construction industry experience to his new role.

Wilcox is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, where he earned his master’s degree in business administration, and Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kan., where he earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer.
