Title iO Launches GreenFolders with Portal Sync and LinkGen Add-On Functionality

Title iO Inc., a provider of SaaS automation and analytics solutions to the escrow and title settlement (RES) industry, announced the newest release of GreenFolders with Portal Sync and LinkGen functionality. By integrating Portal Sync, a cloud-based, communication platform that enables external parties to easily and securely share documents and messages, and LinkGen, an automated exception document generation system, natively with GreenFolders, RES professionals are now equipped with the industry’s most seamless and intuitive RES digital automation and analytics platform.

Title iO acquired GreenFolders from First American Financial on March 1, 2020. This is the initial, post-acquisition product release. This unique combination of technologies natively integrates Title iO products with the GreenFolders platform, a digital file and folder, task and work flow productivity tool that is ideal for remote work and enables seamless in- and out-of-office productivity, collaboration and communication.
