“Customer support at Paperless Parts has always been top-notch, but having a local time zone presence ties Paperless Parts closer to our local manufacturing community where we can further benefit from the new features and technologies the company is releasing. It can only go up from here”
“I’m very proud of our team’s successes and the momentum we’ve built. In the last year alone, we added over 170 new customers, hired across every department and continued to execute against a high impact and meaningful product roadmap,” said Jason Ray, Co-Founder and CEO of Paperless Parts. “The west coast represents one of our fastest growing market segments, with a heavy concentration of shops that serve the aerospace industry. We want to ensure that those customers receive the best possible Paperless Parts experience and are able to capitalize on the growing demand for their products. In addition, as someone who was stationed on 32nd street, I’m excited to tap into the veteran community coming out of Camp Pendleton and Naval Base San Diego as we scale out our team in this new office.”
