Now Insurance Announces Matt Higgins as Executive Vice President of Engineering

NOW Insurance, an AI-enabled insurance platform designed to quickly match small business owners and professionals with affordable coverage plans, announced the hiring of Matt Higgins as executive vice president of engineering.

Higgins, who began his role in June, brings a wide breadth of technology and leadership expertise to NOW Insurance’s leadership team. With nearly two decades of engineering and business leadership experience, Higgins is responsible for undertaking NOW Insurance’s major initiatives in developing its advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms to streamline traditionally outdated insurance application processes. He will also oversee translating and facilitating communications from his highly technical teams to help build NOW’s increasing partner network.

Prior to joining NOW Insurance@, Higgins served in various executive technology and information technology roles in the marketing, travel and insurance industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science in computer science from Northeastern University.
