Hitachi Vantara reveals the latest improvements and capabilities for its Hyperconveged Infrastructure Portfolio.

The digital infrastructure and solutions subordinate of HitachiHitachi Vantara, unveiled new improvements and capabilities for Hitachi Unified Compute Platform RS Break Down Infrastructure Silos, Hitachi Unified Compute Platform HC to Deliver Smooth, Scalable, and Simplified Edge-to-Core-to-Cloud Management. The update offers advantages including faster offerings with the latest Hitachi UCP Advisor, certified support for SAP HANA workloads, new Intel Cascade Lake Xenon Refresh processors that boosts performance, and improved lifecycle management capabilities that deliver non-disruptive upgrades.

Unified Cloud Infrastructure Management

The latest solutions unify cloud infrastructure management with smooth interoperability over client’s environments of conventional storage, HCI- powered hybrid clouds, and public clouds. The latest updates offer prime benefits to clients that include:

  • Unified Cloud Management: Clients have the flexibility to build a cloud infrastructure with the uninterrupted workload and data mobility over on-premises and public cloud environments. Hitachi UCP Advisor boosts offerings up to 80% faster than the previous HCI management tools and decreases management complications over the environment

The renewed HCI platforms offer certified support for SAP HANA workloads on HCI.
