Giancarlo has a proven track record of scaling sales organizations and turbocharging revenue at companies focused on the SMB market. Prior to joining OpenPhone, Giancarlo was the head of SMB, North America at Pinterest where he led the sales organization responsible for increasing customers’ top-line revenue growth via promoted pins. Under Giancarlo’s leadership, the North America SMB team grew annual recurring revenue from $50 million to over $400 million in four years.
