According to Gartner, by 2024, remote workers will represent 30% of all employees worldwide, an increase of 13% over 2019, to nearly 600 million employees. The Fuze platform empowers enterprise technology leaders to modernize communications, reduce costs, and enable their workforce to collaborate from any location. Fuze is built exclusively for the enterprise, providing an intuitive unified communications and contact center platform that has been critical to keeping teams connected this year through calling, meetings, chatting, and content sharing.

“As many organizations have been forced to adapt to the realities of distributed work in recent months, Fuze has been a trusted partner in the enterprise, helping teams stay engaged wherever they may be working,” said Brian Day, CEO, Fuze. “With a maniacal focus on serving enterprise customers, Fuze delivers new enhancements and services that enable increased flexibility and scalability to help customers quickly adapt to the changes and dynamics in the market. Fuze continues to set the standard for enterprise collaboration in the future of work. Earlier this year, Fuze announced its decision to focus solely on serving enterprises with over 500 users. With this approach, Fuze introduced a series of new product enhancements, including new supervisor and agent desktop features and enhanced mobile agent access with Fuze’s contact center. The Fuze mobile app experienced increased support on tablets, as well as increased ability for multitasking with other apps. The company also updated its Rooms solution with an enhanced tablet controller and the ability to launch a meeting from the Fuze mobile app for no-touch access. Fuze launched a new simplified licensing and pricing strategy that features calling and collaboration capabilities in a single orderable item, as well as comprehensive packages of customer success plans. The company also released an expanded developer ecosystem and third party marketplace for adjacent enterprise solutions.
